Including the share of ‘Aqiqah in the sacrificial animal

Question

    What do the scholars of Islam and Muftis of the blessed Shari’ah  guide regarding the matter as to whether it is permissible or not to include the share of ‘Aqiqah in the Qurbani sacrifice of a cow, buffalo, camel, etc? If the share of ‘Aqiqah is included in the sacrifice of Qurbani, will the Qurbani sacrifice and ‘Aqiqah both be valid?

بِسْمِ اللہِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِیْمِ

اَلْجَوَابُ بِعَوْنِ الْمَلِکِ الْوَھَّابِ اَللّٰھُمَّ ھِدَایَۃَ الْحَقِّ وَالصَّوَابِ

    It is permissible to include the share of ‘Aqiqah in the Qurbani sacrifice of a cow, buffalo, and camel. If the share of ‘Aqiqah is included, Qurbani sacrifice and ‘Aqīqah will both be valid because  it is permissible to have the intention of other Wajibs and Nafl worships in the sacrificial animal. Even if only one part out of seven is intended for Qurbani sacrifice and other parts are intended for other Wajib and Nafl e.g. the intention of Kaffarah and ‘Aqiqah, Qurbani sacrifice as well as all Wajib and Nafl [acts] will be valid.

وَاللہُ اَعْلَمُ عَزَّوَجَلَّ وَرَسُوْلُہ اَعْلَم صَلَّی اللّٰہُ تَعَالٰی عَلَیْہِ وَاٰلِہٖ وَسَلَّم
